Calculators
69 tools
One home for calculators of every kind, from the everyday to the specialised. Work out a percentage, add or subtract dates, simplify a fraction, project compound interest, solve a ratio, or reach for one of the finance, fitness and clinical calculators gathered here. Every one computes in your browser, so the numbers you enter — a salary, a lab value, a loan — stay on your device.

Frequently asked questions
Do the numbers I enter stay private?
Yes. Each calculator runs in your browser and does the arithmetic on your own device, so nothing you type is sent to a server. That lets you use even the salary, loan or health calculators on real figures without them leaving your computer.
Do the date calculators count the last day?
It depends on what you are measuring, and the tools are explicit about it. A duration between two dates counts the days in between; whether the end day itself is included changes the result by one, which matters for things like notice periods or rental days. Each date tool states its convention so you can match it to how your contract or deadline counts.
Why does a decimal result sometimes look slightly off?
Computers store decimals in binary floating point, which cannot represent some fractions exactly — so 0.1 + 0.2 can come out as 0.30000000000000004 deep down. The calculators round for display, so you rarely see it, but it is why a long chain of operations can end a hair off the hand-figured value. For money, round to the currency's smallest unit at the end.
