19 tools

Utilities for working online and on social platforms. Format an Instagram caption or a fancy-text bio, count characters against a platform limit, split a long thread, build a tracked UTM link, estimate a creator's earnings, and look up the DNS or IP records behind a domain. Most run entirely in your browser; the DNS and IP lookups query public records, which is the one thing here that reaches out to a server.

Frequently asked questions

Are the YouTube and TikTok earnings estimates accurate?

Treat them as a ballpark, not a payout. They multiply views by a typical revenue-per-thousand (RPM) range, but real earnings swing enormously with country, niche, season, sponsorships and how much of your audience skips ads. Two channels with identical views can earn very differently. The estimate is useful for scale, not for predicting your next payment.

Do the DNS and IP lookups send my query to a server?

Yes — those two have to. A DNS or IP lookup asks public infrastructure for records that only live out on the network, so the domain or address you enter is sent to resolve it. The rest of the tools here — caption formatters, character counters, UTM builder — run entirely in your browser and send nothing.

What does a UTM link do, and will it change my page?

A UTM link adds tracking parameters (source, medium, campaign) to a URL so your analytics can attribute the visit to a specific post or campaign. It does not change the page the link points to — the parameters are just read by your analytics and ignored by the page itself. Build one per campaign so the numbers stay clean.
